By accessing or using LikelynBalance's website and application (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are (Independent Partner)
LikelynBalance is an independent partner/promotional site for Zinzino products. We are not Zinzino and are not affiliated as an employer, agent, or representative unless explicitly stated.
Important: Purchases are made on Zinzino's website. Zinzino's terms, policies, and conditions apply to all orders placed there and take priority for the transaction.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
4. No Medical Advice
The Services provide information only and do not provide medical advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for medical or health decisions.
5. Accounts and Security
If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected misuse or security risk.

If you submit information (e.g., intake form responses), you:
- Confirm you have the right to submit it, and
- Grant us the right to use it to provide and improve the Services (including analytics, reporting, and support), as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and Third-Party Services (Zinzino)
We may display products, links, or promotional material for Zinzino. We do not process payments or fulfill orders. All sales are completed on Zinzino's platform.
We are not responsible for:
- Product availability, pricing changes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks
- Zinzino account issues, customer support, or warranties
- Any disputes related to purchases made on Zinzino's site

All content, branding, and design elements on the Services are owned by LikelynBalance or licensed to us, except third-party trademarks and embedded content. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee results from any product, test, or information referenced.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikelynBalance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Services during the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
